Individualized-Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Complex Care:
Sometimes traditional outpatient therapy isn’t enough support or can’t provide support in the situation needed (school, home, etc).
Our specialized treatment programing can be flexibly tailored to a frequency and intensity to match each client’s needs.
The foundation of the treatment plan remains focused on individual CBT or DBT, family therapy/parent coaching, and group therapy.
In addition to these core services, clients may increase the potency of skill acquisition and rate of generalizing skills through the following intensive components:
Individual CBT/DBT Skills Training to increase skill acquisition (1-5x/w)
Individual Exposure Coaching to increase support and exposure gains at school, home or community (1-5x/w)
Executive Function Skills Training and Learning Services to teach organizational, planning, and time management skills, enhance learning strategies, or provide support completing current or make-up academic assignments (1-5x/w)
Our mission is to eliminate the many barriers to state of the art assessments and treatments. On average, our patients report seeing upwards of 8-10 providers before reaching our doors. Families frequently struggle to find effective evidence-based mental health services and often see multiple providers without accessing the information, support, or relief they desperately need. Research on anxiety, mood, and behavioral disorders has identified treatments that effectively reduce suffering and help kids return to their childhood. However, the lack of public information about evidence-based treatment and the lack of consistency in mental health services make it increasingly difficult for families to identify effective providers of evidence-based treatment. This causes many families to feel increasingly defeated and negative about mental health services and the prospect of relief.
Our mission is to eliminate barriers to effective treatment by:
Effective treatment begins with effective assessment. We conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to ensure that the optimal treatment program is prescribed for your individual and family needs. more
There is an important difference between the treatments offered by many therapists in the community and those in empirical settings. more
