Madison Theodore

Madison is the Human Resources Specialist for BCSC, where her primary role involves collaborating closely with Dr. Ryan Madigan, the Founder/Director of BCSC, and Olivia MacDonald, the Director of Business Development, to oversee and direct all aspects of Human Resources for the organization. In addition to working closely with other program directors and clinicians, Madison also supports the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Pam Buck, in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with BCSC’s mission.

With experience in the mental health field as an adolescent and family counselor, Madison brings a unique perspective to her role in Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from the University of New Hampshire, and she leverages her knowledge of both fields to manage staffing processes, talent, and performance management, HRIS, employee relations, and company policies and compliance.

Madison’s focus on promoting an impactful employee experience while streamlining and improving processes and procedures has made her an invaluable member of the BCSC team. Her dedication to providing support and resources to others extends beyond her role in Human Resources, making her a helpful, gentle, patient, and friendly assistant to all.
