Madison Theodore is the Director of Human Resources at Boston Child Study Center, where she oversees all aspects of Human Resources for all BCSC locations and partners closely with leadership, program directors, supervisors, and staff across the organization. Her role includes employee relations, benefits and leave administration, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, HR systems, policy development, compliance, and employee engagement.
Madison holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from the University of New Hampshire. Her previous experience in the mental health field provides valuable insight into the unique needs of a behavioral health organization and its workforce. Madison focuses on building effective HR practices, supporting employees and leadership, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
