Human Resources Operations Analyst
As the People and HR Operations Analyst at the Boston Child Study Center, Monail Geriani’s primary focus is on developing and monitoring all HR procedures and systems across the organization. While also fostering a workplace that can adequately address employee needs, improve their overall experience and enable their goals. Her work is aimed at developing talent management strategies and practices adopted by Boston Child Study Center, linking their outcomes to organizational performance and employee wellbeing.
Monali earned her B.Sc. in Psychology and Human Resources from Middlesex University in Dubai. She is presently working toward acquiring her M.Sc. in Business Analytics degree, concentrating in Human Resources Analytics, at Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to joining BCSC, Monali worked as a Human Resources Associate in Dubai. Through her work, she has gained experience in consolidating and analyzing workforce data to assess human resources efficiency and recommended operational improvements. Her work experience in multicultural corporate environments has enabled her ability to work in diverse teams and embrace an inclusive work culture. This, coupled with her psychology and analytical background gives her a unique skill set.
