Dee Howard, LICSW

Deanndra “Dee” Howard is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and DBT/CBT therapist at the Boston Child Study Center where she provides individual therapy, phone coaching, skills training and exposure coaching as well as family and parent coaching. Dee was intensively trained in DBT through a Behavioral Teach foundational training in 2010.

She is also the Residential Director of the McLean Hospital, 3East DBT Continuum where she has worked for more than 10 years providing program consultation across the 5 treatment programs of the 3East Continuum and is responsible for hiring, supporting and supervising clinical residence counselors and milieu staff.

She has also served as a member of Mclean Hospital’s Multicultural Psychology Consultation Team (MPACT) since 2018. Dee earned her Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College before earning her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College. She later completed her Social Work Fellowship at the McLean Hospital, 3 East Partial Hospital Program.
