Olivia MacDonald
Director of Business Operations
As the Director of Business Development for BCSC Massachusetts, California, and Maine. Olivia works closely with the Founder/Director, Dr. Ryan Madigan to plan and direct all administrative, financial, business activities and property management. Drawing from her experiences in business and studies in public health, Ms. MacDonald is a trusted business advisor to Dr. Madigan and his partners.
Olivia also collaborates with the BCSC Operations team, Clinical Director, and staff to support clinical and business functions. She also oversees all HR functions, supports general office procedures, coordinates new patient care, oversees patient billing, event planning, as well as all scheduling for Dr. Madigan.
Prior to joining the BCSC team, Olivia earned her bachelors of Health Science degree at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. After her matriculation, she was employed by Partners HealthCare System working in the office of Continuing Medical Education, where she worked alongside various physicians in the Boston area to create and promote Partners HealthCare medical programs.
