Caitlin Wilds is a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist specializing in evidence-based treatment for ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, OCD, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, psychiatric symptoms resulting from a medical condition, and children with behavioral and emotional dysregulation through medication evaluation and management along with parent coaching and mentoring.
Dr. Wilds earned her B.S. in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine prior to moving to Massachusetts. She completed her Psychiatry Residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at The University of Massachusetts Medical School where she served as the Chief Resident for the Psychiatric Consultation & Liaison Service and the Chief Fellow for Recruitment & Program Development. Dr. Wilds is double board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She is also an assistant professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at UMass Medical School.
Prior to joining the Boston Child Study Center, Dr. Wilds worked in Emergency Mental Health, Adult, Child & Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry and as a Psychiatric Consultant to Medical Teams and Primary Care Physicians. Dr. Wilds provides evidence-based outpatient psychopharmacological consultations and treatment to BCSC families at our Natick, MA center and via Telehealth.
