Hannah Sokoloff-Rubin, M.S.
Clinical Extern
Hannah Sokoloff-Rubin, M.S., is a clinical extern at the Boston Child Study Center where she provides supervised direct patient care in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to children, adolescents, and their families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wesleyan University and has previously worked in youth education and mental health with a focus on LGBTQIA+ health and access to care. Currently, Hannah is a fourth-year doctoral student at Antioch University New England, where she earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Her research focuses on affirming care for LGBTQIA+ youth, reproductive justice in clinical practice, and sociopolitical integration.
Prior to her work at the Boston Child Study Center, Hannah completed a clinical externship at Learning Solutions, where she conducted psychodiagnostic assessment and therapy for children and adolescents with a wide range of presentations, provided assessment and consultation to local high schools, and facilitated groups on identity development. She then received further training in her clinical externship at the Health and Counseling Services at Hampshire College, where she provided outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and grief counseling to young adults.
