Executive Function-Focused Phone Coaching
In conjunction with EF coaching, an individual may also have the opportunity to connect with their EF coach outside of scheduled meetings, based on need.
In many cases, phone-based skills coaching may be an integral component to help individuals use skills at home. Calls may take the form of check-ins throughout the week around plan implementation, coaching around prioritizing or shifting a plan, monitoring progress, or breaking down new assignments.
In the beginning stages of EF skills training, phone coaching provides both accountability and support in implementing new skills.
